To Whom It May Concern: I would like a riser headlight mount, but for three headlights (one on top, two on bottom!). The mounting holes (to the risers) should be 4" apart on center. For the two bottom lights, the mounting holes need to be 5" apart on center. The distance between the top (rear) light and two (front) lights is 3 1/2" front to back (from mounting post to mounting post) The distance the rear light is raised above the front lights is also 3 1/2" (from mounting post to mounting post). Each headlight measures 4 3/4" in diameter, by 4" deep. I can send you pics of the 3 lights mounted on a PVC pipe template.
